An organic farm in west Wales, Holden Farm is run by Patrick and Becky who seek to model their farming on a circular economy. Avoiding external inputs to look after their livestock, Holden Farm is paving the way for green-farming. Although on a small scale, they are one of the many farms showcasing that dairy production does not require excessive energy to provide for local communities.
